You will be treated with dignity, respect, and consideration regardless of your race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, or any other characteristic. We value your cultural and personal preferences.

5. The Right to a Safe Environment:

We maintain a safe and secure environment for your care, including thorough background checks for our PSWs and adherence to safety protocols.

6. The Right to Access Your Records:

You have the right to access and review your medical records and request corrections as necessary.

You will not be discriminated against based on any personal characteristic or condition when receiving care through our platform.

For patients, our Champion service ensures that you have an advocate who represents your interests, provides emotional support, and assists you in navigating the healthcare system.

11. The Right to Make Decisions about End-of-Life Care:
